Shilpa Kunnappillil is an Indian-American filmmaker based in New York. She is currently a senior at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she is concentrating in documentary filmmaking and editing. She has directed and edited 6 short documentaries and worked on the crews of numerous narrative and documentary films, gaining experience in all aspects of professional filmmaking. She has also interned for a number of documentary production companies, assisting Oscar and Emmy winning filmmakers. She currently works as a documentary assistant editor and develops her own projects in her spare time. Through her films, she hopes to tell female-driven stories, drawing from her and her family's experiences living in India.



Sabeen Shalwani is a Pakistani-American filmmaker & artist based in NYC. She has directed, produced, and edited multiple documentary shorts at NYU. In 2017, she worked as a post-production assistant and archivist on a documentary feature, Larger Than Life: A Kevyn Aucoin Story (DOC NYC, HIFF). She works as post-production intern at Matador Content, where she helps edit unscripted television. She will graduate from NYU Tisch Film and TV in May 2019.

Yasmin Gorenberg is an Israeli cinematographer who currently resides in New York. She has shot documentaries, experimental and narrative short films. Having grown up in a conflict area, she chooses to explore stories about trauma and tension with her camerawork.
